Alice Glenn

Founding Principal & CPA

Alice Glenn is a founding principal with GGAM. She has many years of experience providing accounting and bookkeeping services and has been a licensed CPA for more than 36 years. Alice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi.
Alice’s professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Alice is a Past President of the Northeast Georgia Chapter, Georgia Society of CPAs.
Alice is a member of Hartwell First United Methodist Church, having served in numerous capacities. Additionally, her involvement with civic organizations throughout the region is extensive, culminating in her past receipt of the Hart County Chamber Volunteer of the Year award.
Alice resides in Hart County with her husband, Mac. She has two grown children, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Steven Martin

Principal & CPA

Steven Martin has more than 25 years of experience with GGAM joining the firm straight out of college and has been a principal for over 20 years. Steven is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia College, where he was a member of Gamma Beta Phi.
Steven’s professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Hart County Chamber of Commerce.
Steven is an active member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, where he serves as Sunday School teacher, Treasurer and previously served as Deacon.
Steven and his wife Christina reside in Hart County with their three children.

Brian Metzger

Principal & CPA

Brian Metzger has over 20 years of experience in a variety of accounting and finance functions. He has been a licensed CPA since 2013, and has been a principal with the firm since 2017. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas, and his professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Georgia Society of CPAs.
Brian is very active in the Rotary Club of Hartwell. Brian and his wife Rebecca reside in Hart County with their two sons.

Melinda Hart

Staff Accountant
Melinda Hart has been with GGAM for over twenty years. She has extensive professional and management experience in several industries including banking, medicine, manufacturing, and agriculture. She received her formal education from Gainesville College / Brenau College earning certifications in accounting & business technology.

Cindy Aldrich

CPA & Staff Accountant
Cindy Aldrich has been with our team for more than ten years and has over fifteen years of tax and accounting experience. Cindy provides our clients with expertise in the areas of individual and business taxation. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.

Heather Toney

Staff Accountant
Heather Toney joined our team in 2018. She has over ten years of accounting experience and focuses on bookkeeping services, payroll, and other compliance-related services. Heather earned an Associate’s of Accounting from North Georgia Technical College and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.

Ashley Strickland

Staff Accountant
Ashley Strickland joined our team in January of 2020. She has more than 25 years of tax and accounting experience in a career that has included all areas of corporate and individual income tax, along with payroll, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation services. Ashley graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She also holds memberships to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Lecia Wilson

Office Manager
Lecia Wilson joined our team in 2020 when she assumed the role of Office Manager, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise accumulated over an impressive thirty-year career in administration. As our dedicated Office Manager, Lecia not only oversees the seamless coordination of various administrative tasks but also serves as the welcoming face and initial point of contact for many of our clients.

Luanne Burgess

Administrative Assistant
Luanne Burgess has worked with us since December 2021. She works part time as an administrative assistant performing various clerical duties. Her dedication to streamlining processes and creating a positive work environment has significantly contributed to the team’s success.

Johnathan Kulusich

Staff Accountant
Johnathan Kulusich has been a Staff Accountant with the firm since 2022. He focuses on bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll, and tax accounting services. He has a Bachelor of Accounting and an MBA. He also holds undergraduate degrees with concentrations in science and information technology, with extensive work experience in information technology.

Allie Cohen

Staff Accountant
Allie Cohen joined our team in 2023 and has over four years of tax and accounting experience. She has experience in all areas of corporate and individual income tax, along with payroll, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation services. Allie graduated from Georgia College with a Master of Accounting degree.
